Saren Arterius was a Turian spectre from Universe Δ and an antagonist in The Guardian's Adventures of Mass Effect I.
Biography[]
Saren's early history is unknown. What is known is that he eventually encounters Chō and joins with her.
However, Chō had other plans. The more time Saren spent with her, the more possessed he became. His free will is gradually sapped and supplanted by the desires of the vampire, and the values of his people that Saren still believes in are twisted so gradually that Saren remains certain he is right.
